The Chef Master 16″ Griddle Scraper is designed with an ergonomic handle that stays comfortable to hold over periods of time. It’s designed with a 5.5″ stainless steel blade that’s sharp to clean your griddle evenly and consistently.

The griddle scraper is made with a splash guard to protect it against grease splatters while the long handle improves safety by keeping operator’s hands and fingers away from the cooking surface. Because of the heavy-duty construction, this scraper is perfect for commercial kitchens.
